1. Booking & Payments

- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment, as communicated during the booking process.
1.2. Payment Deadlines:
- Payments must be made within the stipulated time to secure your booking. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
1.3. Payment Modes:
- Payments can be made via online bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or any payment gateway provided on our website.
- Any charges levied by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
2.1. Pricing:
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier charges, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.
- Prices mentioned during final confirmation will remain fixed unless otherwise communicated.
2.2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
- The tour cost includes only those items and services explicitly mentioned in the tour itinerary. All other costs, such as personal expenses, visa fees, insurance, and additional activities, will be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refunds

4. Obligations of the Customer
4.1. Travel Documents:
- The customer must ensure that all travel-related documents, such as passports, visas, permits, etc., are valid and comply with destination-specific regulations.
4.2. Contact Information:
- The customer must provide accurate contact details to ensure timely communication.
4.3. Health & Safety:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit for the trip. Any specific health conditions must be communicated prior to the booking.
5. Liability
5.1. Limitations:
- We act as an intermediary between customers and various service providers, including transport operators, hotels, and other third-party vendors. We shall not be held liable for any:
- Loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused by service providers.
- Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or political disruptions.
5.2. Force Majeure:
- We are not responsible for any disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, pandemic outbreaks, or governmental actions.
6. Alteration or Rescheduling of Services
6.1. Changes by the Customer:
- Requests for modifications to bookings must be made in writing. All changes are subject to availability, additional charges, and terms of the relevant supplier.
6.2. Changes by Us:
- In rare circumstances, we may alter the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons. Customers will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made where feasible.
7. Privacy Policy
- Any personal information collected during booking is stored securely and used only for providing the services requested. We do not share customer information with third parties unless required for the provision of services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
- In case of any disputes, they shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
9. Complaints & Feedback

10. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
