Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tiwari Tours and Events Private Limited, we prioritize ensuring your travel experience is smooth and worry-free. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy to understand the terms applicable to your bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Customer:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tiwaritours.com or by contacting our customer service team.
    • The cancellation fee will depend on the timeline and type of booking:
      • More than 30 days before the travel date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount applies.
      • 15–30 days before the travel date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount applies.
      • 7–14 days before the travel date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
      • Less than 7 days before the travel date: No refunds will be provided.
  2. Cancellation by Tiwari Tours:
    • If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political disruptions or supplier-related issues), we will either:
      • Provide a full refund of the paid amount.
      • Offer an alternative travel package of equivalent value.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings:
    Certain bookings, including discounted deals or promotional packages are non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated during booking.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Timeline:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days alongside the related Bank’s policy of refund after confirmation of your cancellation request. The refund will be credited using the original payment method.
  2. Payment Gateway Charges:
    • All refunds are subject to a 3% deduction for payment gateway fees, which are non-refundable.
  3. Partial Services Usage:
    • If a part of the service/package has been availed, a pro-rata refund will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee.
  4. Special Cases:
    • No refunds will be issued for:
      • No-shows or late arrivals at the designated point of service.
      • Partially or fully utilized services.

Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to existing bookings may be subject to availability and price variations. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
